Dancing, burlesque and drag shows are all good things, especially when they can be found in the same place. Add some bomb ass drinks and good grub to boot, then it’s officially surpassed good times and made its way to epic. Since 2017, Don’t Tell Supper Club has combined live entertainment with food and cocktails, creating one of the most unique dining experiences in the city. Recently, Don’t Tell not so quietly introduced their new menu. It kicks off with shareable Opening Acts like Smoked Yellowtail Sashimi, citrusly married with grapefruit segments, sliced jalapenos, cucumbers and avocado puree. The Kobe Beef Carpaccio is a savory blend of raw Kobe beef, tomatoes, truffle vinaigrette, sliced lime and garlic chips. Go light with one of the Plate Spinners, aka salads. They range from Baby Beet and Watercress to the classic Caesar. For the Main Event try the pan seared and panko crusted Crispy Seared Redfish, which is accompanied by eggplant, citrus champagne butter sauce and whipped potatoes. One of the biggest stars on the menu has to be the Wonderlamb Lollipops. Tender, light and juicy they’re doused in a sweet and spicy pomegranate sauce and plated with a shaved rainbow carrot salad. It’s a little bit of perfection that’s definitely not worth keeping quiet about. TXMB
