Taste the Difference 2015 Recap Cuisine for a cause. Taste the Difference 2015 was a delicious VIP culinary event held during 2015 Taste of Dallas. The event benefited the American Heart Association. Chefs came with pizzazz as they tempted taste buds with a number of dishes. Some favorites included Cru Wine Bar’s Barolo braised short rib with gorgonzola polenta. Caribbean Cabana did not disappoint with their beef patties, wings, and rice and cabbage sampler. Iron Fork 2014 Last night’s Iron Fork event could be summed up in a few words; foodtastic boozelosity epicness. This year’s Iron Fork was held in Fair Park inside the Centennial Hall.
