In case you were looking for yet another reason to attend Taste Addison this year, I'll give you one, Cantina Laredo

Baklava has always been a weakness of mine, and the baklava from Little Greek is my baklavanite.
Mango Mosiac and Elysian Space Dust.
Spring roll and pad thai from the delicious and longstanding Thai Orchid.
Tender, tasty meatballs from Public School 972.
The salad from Little Greek is loaded with cucumber, beets and feta.
There is really no way but glorious to describe the moist and wonderful Butterscotch Chip Blondies from the Mad Batter Baker.
This beer will proably fly off the shelves this summer. The light, crisp and slightly sweet Lemon Ginger Radler is a rather charming brew.

Taste Addison Preview

With the upcoming Taste Addison some of the area’s top restaurants came out to preview a few bites your palate should anticipate at this year’s festival. Held at the Addison Conference Center, the Preview’s most notable of samples were  the always impressive tacos from Cantina Laredo, baklava from Little Greek and addictingly soft blondies from Mad Batter Baker.

The three day festivities for Taste Addison will take place May 19-21 at Addison Circle Park. Leading up to the festival check out Taste Tuesdays. Open to the public from noon till 1 PM, over the next three Tuesdays people can partake in swag, bites, and giveaways for admission tickets to Taste Addison.
