Puffy, soft and slightly flaky the Camaron y Chorizo Empanadas are wonderful. They are filled with chorizo, shrimp, jack cheese and queso fresco. They are topped off  with their signature chipotle wine sauce.

La Mula Roja has a very distinct flavor, plus it's gorgeous to look at. The cocktail includes 1800 Silver Tequila with fresh strawberries, ginger beer, agave nectar & lime juice.

Tamales at Cantina Laredo are an absolute must!

If you're feeling incredibly hungry, get the Acapulco. The plate is served with a spiced seasoned pulled beef tamale topped with chili con carne, onion and cheddar, chicken enchilada with sour cream sauce and poblano drizzle, cheese enchilada topped with chili con carne and cheddar and a crispy beef taco with shredded lettuce, tomato and cheddar. It a Tex-Mex lovers dream!

For a unique and pretty buzz, try the Cabo Flip Margarita. Made with fresh lime, Cabo Wabo Reposado and Grand Marnier Orange Liqueur with a lime boat full of tequila.

Even if you aren't into mushrooms the Portobello Fajitas are wonderful. A nice crisp veggie mix of thick cut mushrooms, artichoke hearts, spinach, asparagus, and corn with chimichurri sauce.

In case you didn't realize it, you need this. The Steak Fajita Burrito is a flour tortilla filled with tender Certified Angus Beef ™ skirt steak, refried beans roasted poblano pepper and chipotle wine sauce, topped with chili con queso, tomato and cilantro.  Served with a side of beans and rice. So good!

Oldie but goodie. The Mexican Brownie is topped with pecans and walnuts on a sizzling skillet with Mexican Brandy Butter and vanilla or cinnamon ice cream.

This sizzling Mexican Apple Pie will leave you speechless. Topped with cinnamon ice cream, it's perfection by the spoonful.
