A Conversation with UCE Founder Bryan Townsend

It’s OK to lose your inhibitions as long as you’re safe, and it’s for a good cause. Park & Palate Recap

From amazing chefs to unforgettable dishes and cocktails, the two day epicurean event Park & Palate celebrated the love of food while raising funds for Klyde Warren Park. The event included Down to the Roots on Friday night which focused on chefs and their dishes, while Saturday’s event, the Grand Tasting was all about restaurants and chefs. Because words can’t do it justice, here’s a look back at some of the most intriguing dishes served during the event, including pig ear salad, fried antelope and even rabbit chorizo. Be careful, looking at these photos may result in drooling. TXMB
