Before working your credit card into a plastic frenzy inside the mall, you’ll need a little nourishment. Enter The Grill on the Alley inside Dallas Galleria. With their new and improved menu, The Grill offers a variety of tastefully made dishes. From their thick Nueske’s Slab Bacon cooked in a bourbon maple glaze, to their signature lobster mashed potatoes, there’s no way you can really be disappointed. Be sure to save room for the decadent dessert, a 6 layer high slice of coconut cake.

What to Order– Start with the Ahi Tuna Poke with onion shoyu, tobiko, avocado and wontons. If you’re still in the mood for seafood, ty the Sea Scallops, pan-seared and topped with smoked carrot purree. Pair these with Chardonnay, Starmont from Napa. This wine really helps to bring out the salty sweetness of the scallops.
