Fork and Cork 2015

Palate sensations and alcohol education, the 2015 Fork and Cork event catered to the curiosities of plenty of appetites. Whether you wanted to chow down on something savory, spicy or sweet, Fork and Cork was the place to be. Guests were also privy to cooking demonstrations, wine, beer and bourbon tastings. In case you missed it or you want to relive your own foodgasm, here are a few of my tasty highlights from this year’s event. TxMB

Trying out a sample of the unforgettably smooth Cabernet by Red Mare during a wine tasting hosted by The Dean's List.
Tender steak, potatoes and cabernet delightfully mouthwatering at Table 13.
Serving up delicious chicken tikka at the Flavors booth.
Pouring up a sample of the Sauvion Rose D Anjou Loire Valley at The Dean's List tent. A very light, crisp and fruity wine.
Pop Star Handcrafted Popsicle's hanging out and looking extra cool.
Owner of Flavors Indian Restaurant and Bar looking lovely.
Me and Henry hanging out. This was a sample of their Lemon Sorbet.
Looks like he was in the middle of creating something amazing at Curbside 513.

Focused on the food! Kampai served up their California Rolls topped with their spicy, crawfish sauce.
Curbside 513 Gallery displayed some pretty awesome pottery made beer growlers.
Dallas Caramel Company was out tempting visitors with a variety of caramels, including my favorite, Sea Salt.
Cristi&Ali offered samples of their dressings, including this tasty garlic and dill flavor.
Chamberlain's Steak and Chop House tempted  taste buds with several items, including this goat cheese, arugula, and candied bacon topped bruschetta. The perfect balance of creamy, peppery, sweet and salty.
